Lucent ERP is strictly a commercial product. It is not intended for personal or non-commercial use. Access is limited only to client organizations that have purchased and hold a valid license for Lucent ERP.

A. Website Visitors (Official Lucent ERP Website)

• Users may voluntarily submit information through:

B. Lucent ERP Users (Licensed Client Organizations & Their Employees)

For organizations using Lucent ERP and employees accessing the system:

  For attendance punch-in, punch-out, real-time tracking, geo-fencing, and safety compliance.

• Camera Access
  For face verification, scanning documents, uploading proofs, and safety audits.

• Photos / Videos
  For attaching task evidence, site images, safety reports, etc.

• File Manager / Storage Access
  For uploading documents, saving/downloads, and workflow attachments.

• Additional permissions as required by the specific module and employer configuration.

All mobile data collection is based on agreed terms between the employer and the user, as part of organizational usage of Lucent ERP.

• Delivering Lucent ERP features and services

• User authentication, roles, and permissions

• Attendance, workforce monitoring, and operational compliance
